This would of made me freak out as a little girl, I was so obsessed with faeries I imagined them living in my garden. Butterfly dress for me please!

Another one of these cool fishies! With modern technology there has to be a way to incorporate these fish into some special effects for fantasy/sci-fi for faeries or aliens.

This fish gives me an idea for how faeries would look without human glamour or maybe aliens in a sci-fi. Anyone agree? :)

One of my favorite early collages, called The Children are Our Future and the Future is Not Human. I was inspired by faeries and science fiction. There’s a great short story by Francesca Lia Block that I read a couple years after I made the piece that I think relates a lot called Changelings from her book Blood Roses.
